- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪In our opinion it's unhygienic and dirty. It should be shut down. We regret leaving our two gorgeous cats there and would never use it again. When we arrived to drop the boys off, no one was there. (They new full well that we were dropping the boys off) We waited at least 40 minuets before the owners arrived and we were made to feel that we were at fault. The cats that we saw whilst we walked up looked so sad and were scratching at the window for attention. It was like they just shut them in and that's it. They couldn't see outside or anything.
